The 2003, 2004 and 2006 RDS are engineered to combine value, operational efficiency and precision seaming. Closetech Rotary Double Seamers have a high number of parts that are interchangeable from one model to the next, resulting in:

Product Details
- Maximum speed of 600 Containers Per Minute (CPM), depending on can size, type, and type of drive
- Closes 110 through 910 high cans with a standard tin line
- Three seaming spindles
- Innovative design reduces gearing by as much as 18%
- 180° can infeed/discharge for easy line layout
- Quickly change seaming spindle speeds to optimize your seams
- Segmented seaming head/spindle and shank assemblies
- Three-screw cover feed gives optimum separation and control of all end types
- All parts affecting can height changes (e.g. cover feed, cover guides, can feed turret) are supported and driven from the top housing, avoiding problems of sliding shaft and key fit alignment
